1:00 – 1:45 pm: Business part of the meeting. All are welcome to attend, but only members can vote*
1:45 – 2:00 pm: Presentation about NANPS and its activities
2:00 – 2:45 pm: Moderated group chats with participants from various regions of North America*
2:45 – 3:00 pm: Native Plant Garden Video Contest and closing remarks

1.To approve the 2019 Financial Statement

3. An amendment to Bylaw 2
4. Board of directors: Adam, Alice, Atena, Dilys, Donna, Janice, Jason, Ralph and Subroto will stand for the upcoming year on the board. Their bios can be seen on the board of directors page.

Native Garden Video Contest

Selected videos will be featured and the Finalists and Grand Prize winner announced in a presentation at our AGM. We encourage you to view the submitted videos prior to the AGM. Those attending will be able to cast their vote for their favourite video.

We’ve been posting the submissions on our social media; Instagram Twitter and Facebook. By Oct. 21, afternoon, all the videos will be posted.
